“ Hidden gem in Green River. Worth jumping off of I70 to eat here. Food the French dip sandwich was very tasty. The meat was more roast than slices of meat which made it unique. The fries are crunchy....really loved these. Everyone was grabbing them off my plate. The fajitas were also very good. The chicken was juicy and the veggies were perfectly sauted. The beans and Spanish rice were and excellent compliment. The chicken strips were large and crispy. There is a really nice view of the river here. I did include a picture of our table because of the big beam next to it. If you get this table, its a tight fit. Kind of hard to get in and out. Maybe request another table. The service was fantastic. Nicest people. Highly recommend this excellent restaurant. ”

“ A true 5 star experience! The food is SO GOOD, tons of menu choices from southwestern food to burgers to salads and more. Vegan options as well! The atmosphere is really cute and they have lots of Utah national parks merch and cute outdoorsy merch for sale. We loved it! Dont miss this if youre passing through. Edit to update we went back for breakfast TWICE and dinner a second time as well. Each time the food was delicious, and HUGE portions! The service was amazing every time, and everyone was friendly and kind. This place is an absolute gem. We also got coffee at Swell, the coffee shop inside the restaurant and it was quick and delicious. If youre in Green River, you have to try this place! ”

“ Third night in a row My wife and I are visiting from NJ. Upon reading reviews, Tamarisk restaurant has the best reviews for food and service. They truly exceeded expectations Their Food was delicious, service was excellent and they serve the food so quick! The wait time between ordering and being served was very impressive, very little wait time for a great meal! The Tbone steak was delicious and their brownie sundae was amazing. Additionally you should ask for their homemade bread, it is really good! I definitely recommend this place if youre around and looking to dine in for a delicious meal ”

“ We stopped at Tamarisk on our way to Arches National Park. At first, we just planned to have some coffee while our Tesla was charging, but we couldnt resist ordering the Irish breakfast and it was absolutely delicious! The staff was incredibly friendly, and the food came out very quickly. Highly recommend this place! ”
